Before signing brokerage service Agreement you need to read the Brokerage Activity Rules, fill in the necessary documents. Then make an appointment to visit Russian International Bank to sign documents prepared by the specialists of the Bank. If you don’t have the opportunity to visit the Bank, we will send a set of documents by e-mail or at the postal address stated on the client form.
Standard set of documents for legal entities:
Legal entities shall provide the following standard set of documents affixed with the organization seal. For non-resident clients these documents shall be legalized in accordance with the established procedure.- Notorized copy of Charter
- Notorized copy of Articles of incorporation or resolution of incorporation (in accordance with legislation of the Russian Federation)
- Notorized copy of registration certificate
- Notorized copy of certificate of the State Statistics Committee
- Notorized copy of certificate of registration in tax authority
- Copy of Protocol regarding appointment of person entitled to sign contracts and issue powers of attorney in accordance with the Charter
- Power of attorney executed in accordance with applicable law confirming powers of person signing Application on the part of the Client if such powers are not specified
- Notorized bank card
- In case of absence a Chief Accountant in the staff list a confirming letter should be provided.
If you have opened any account with Russian International Bank and have provided the above-mentioned documents it is not necessary to prepare them again.
