Russian International Bank is authorized and performs duties of the Currency Control Agent in accordance with applicable Currency Control regulations:
controls compliance of the foreign currency transactions conducted by clients with legislative and normative acts;
executes transaction ID under foreign trade contracts and credit contracts (loan agreements);
controls terms of Currency Control documents providing and transactions realization by the clients in order to prevent Currency Control violation;
notifies clients of any changes in Currency Control Regulation in the Russian Federation.
Clients are immediately notified of settlement condition regarding transaction ID and on demand, they are provided with copies of Currency control documents. to conclude contracts subject to conditions corresponding to the provisions of Currency Control regulation of the Russian Federation;
to prevent the conduction of foreign trade transactions and provision of documents in violation of procedure established by Currency Control Regulation;
to apply optimum methods to exchange documents with the Bank (in cases permitted by Currency Control Regulation the Bank receives Currency Control documents from the clients by the system CLIENT-BANK).
